01What this service is一、这项服务是什么
One sentence
我们负责把你这次上海就诊跑通——从前期的医生与科室匹配、预约挂号，到就诊当天的全程陪同与翻译，陪诊结束后会给您一份看得懂的书面记录。We coordinate your hospital visit in Shanghai from start to finish — from matching you with a physician and department and booking your appointment, to accompanying you and interpreting throughout the visit. After the escort service, we provide a clear written summary you can understand.
我们是协调服务方，不是医院、不是医生。检查、诊断、治疗方案全部由医院执业医师完成。我们做的是中间那整段：找到对的科室、把号约上、当天全程在旁陪同、逐句翻译、并确保你离院时手里有一份书面记录。We are a coordination service, not a hospital and not a doctor. Everything medical — the examination, the diagnosis, the treatment plan — is done by licensed physicians at the hospital. What we do is the whole stretch in between.
Three things we never do — please read this first
- We do not diagnose and do not give treatment advice. No one on our team may tell you what your condition is or what you should do about it. That comes from the physician only.我们不做诊断、不给治疗建议。我们的任何人都不允许告诉您得了什么病、该怎么治，这只能由医生出具。
- We do not sign anything for you. Consent forms, anaesthesia consent, admission papers, payment slips — you sign them yourself, or someone holding your written power of attorney does. We arrange interpretation so hospital staff can take your informed consent through an interpreter.我们不代您签署任何文件。知情同意书、麻醉同意书、入院单、缴费单一律由您本人或持有您书面授权的人签署；我们会安排翻译，请医院工作人员通过翻译取得您的知情同意。
- We never hold your money for hospital bills. You pay the hospital directly, at the hospital, on the day. We do not collect, hold or forward hospital fees, and will never ask you to send us money for a hospital bill.我们不代收、不代管医院费用。您在现场直接向医院付款，我们不代收、不代缴、不中转，也绝不会要求您把医院账单的钱汇给我们。

Please bring a working payment method for the hospital
Most Shanghai hospitals take international cards, Alipay or WeChat Pay; some international departments are card-only. We will confirm what your chosen hospital accepts before the visit. Cash is a useful backup.来院前请准备好可用的支付方式。上海多数医院接受国际银行卡、支付宝或微信支付，部分国际部仅接受银行卡。我们会提前告知您的目标医院接受什么，建议另备现金。
05The price五、价格

Fees are quoted in USD and recorded in RMB at the rate applied by the receiving bank on the value date of your payment. All transfer fees, intermediary bank charges and FX costs are paid by you; if the net amount received falls short, the difference is settled within 5 working days. There is no half-day rate — once registration, waiting, consultation, imaging, payment and pharmacy are counted, a visit cannot be reliably compressed into half a day. 费用以美元报价，按收款银行确认收款当日汇率折合人民币入账。汇款手续费、中间行费用与汇兑损失由您承担；到账净额不足的，5 个工作日内补足差额。 不设半日套餐——挂号、候诊、问诊、检查、缴费、取药加在一起一次就诊无法被可靠地压缩进半天。
Why it costs what it costs为什么是这个价
您付的不是那 8 小时。您付的是三部分，其中只有一部分发生在当天。You are not paying for eight hours. You are paying for three parts, and only one of them happens on the day.
- 就诊前 · 约 30%：把您的情况匹配到医院、科室与医生；以实名预约；行前交通与流程说明。这一步做错，当天陪诊再好也没用。Before the day · ~30%: matching your case to the right hospital, department and doctor; booking under your real name; briefing you on transport and process. Get this wrong and the visit day fails regardless of the escort.
- 当天 · 约 55%：具备医疗背景且具备工作级英语的陪诊师现场在岗不超过 8 小时，替您排每一个队。这个组合确实稀缺——英文好但没医学背景的，跟不上一场问诊；有医学背景但英文不够的，翻不了。The day itself · ~55%: an escort with a healthcare background and working-level English, on site for up to 8 hours and handling each queue for you. This combination is genuinely rare — English-fluent escorts without medical training cannot follow a consultation; medically trained escorts without English cannot interpret one.
- 诊后 · 约 15%：依据医院记录撰写的英文书面总结——这是您回国后真正要交给自己医生的那份文件。After the day · ~15%: the written English summary based on the hospital's records — the document you will actually hand to your doctor back home.
您自己的交通、住宿、餐费一律不含，医院费用也由您直接付给医院。您付给我们的是协调与当天服务，仅此而已。Your own transport, hotel and meals are excluded, and hospital fees go straight from you to the hospital. What you pay us is the coordination and the day itself, nothing else.

Read this carefully
我们无法承诺核磁共振能在就诊当天做，或当天出报告。任何诚实的机构都做不到——这取决于医院的排期，也取决于您是否能安全进入磁体间。We cannot promise that an MRI can be done, or reported, on the same day as the consultation. Nobody honest can. It depends on the hospital's scanner schedule and on whether you are cleared to enter the scanner.

Two things we need from you before booking / 预约前需要先确认两件事
- MRI safety screening. Pacemaker, implanted defibrillator, cochlear implant, aneurysm clip, any metal implant or fragments, insulin pump, or metal in the eye. Patients over 70 usually have at least one item worth checking — a pacemaker means MRI cannot proceed under the usual protocol. Tell us and we will confirm with the hospital before you fly.核磁安全筛查。心脏起搏器、植入式除颤器、人工耳蜗、动脉瘤夹、任何金属植入物或碎片、胰岛素泵、眼部金属异物史。70 岁以上患者大多至少有一项值得核实——植入起搏器意味着核磁无法按常规流程进行。请提前告知，我们会在您起飞前与医院确认。
- Your existing images. Any prior lumbar imaging: bring the DICOM disc or digital files and the radiology report. Radiologists here frequently ask for the prior study, and it can change whether a new scan is necessary at all.您已有的影像。如在美国做过腰部影像，请携带 DICOM 光盘或电子文件与放射报告。中国的放射科医生常要求看既往片，有片子可能直接改变是否需要再做一次。

Running late? Tell your escort at least 30 minutes ahead. We will try to keep your slot or move you later. If the visit cannot be completed because of late arrival, it is not treated as a no-show.
会迟到？请至少提前 30 分钟通知陪诊师。我们会尽力保留号源或安排靠后的时段。因迟到未能完成就诊的，不按未到场处理。
09Your information九、您的信息
- Your data is handled under China's Personal Information Protection Law. Where your home jurisdiction gives you stronger rights — including California — those apply in addition.您的数据依中国《个人信息保护法》处理。您居住地（加州）法律赋予您更强权利的，该等权利并行适用。
- You send your medical records to the hospital directly. The coordinator neither receives nor holds them. Fewer hands, less exposure. Help organising records into what the physician needs is a separate named service, quoted first.病历由您直接发送给医院。协调方不接收、不持有病历。经手的人越少，暴露越少。如需协助整理，那是另行具名的服务，会先向您报价。
- Health data goes over secure channels only — never personal email or personal cloud storage. Encrypted in transit and at rest.健康数据仅通过安全通道传递，不经个人邮箱或个人网盘，传输与存储均加密。
- The escort is contractually barred from keeping, photographing, copying or transcribing any medical record, report or imaging disc, and must confirm deletion in writing afterwards.陪诊师依合同约定不得留存、拍照、复制或誊抄任何病历、报告或影像光盘，并须事后出具书面删除确认。
- Signing is electronic via DocuSign: only your name and email go to the platform. Never your passport number, medical records or test results.通过 DocuSign 电子签署：仅姓名与邮箱进入该平台，绝不包含护照号、病历或检查结果。
- Your data is deleted within 30 days after the service ends (within a maximum of 180 days where required for disputes, accounting or legal purposes). You may request earlier deletion at any time.服务于结束后 30 日内删除您的数据（存在争议、财务或法律要求的最长 180 日）。您可随时要求提前删除。
10Important limits十、重要边界
- All diagnosis, treatment and medication decisions are made by the hospital's licensed physicians. You carry the medical risk of the care you accept. Harmonia does not provide diagnosis or treatment.全部诊断、治疗与用药决定由医院执业医师作出。您自行承担所接受医疗服务的风险。Harmonia 不做诊断、不提供治疗。
- This service covers the booked visit. Follow-up visits, later escort days and repeat appointments are separate arrangements.本服务涵盖本次已预约的就诊。复诊、后续陪诊与再次就诊均为另行安排。
- We promise no outcome — not a diagnosis, not a treatment, not whether an imaging slot exists. We promise the work described in section 03, and we do it properly.我们不承诺任何结果——不承诺诊断、不承诺治疗方案、不承诺影像号源。我们承诺的是第三节所列的工作，并把它做扎实。
11Getting started十一、怎么开始
- Step 1. You send your condition summary and any existing imaging or reports.您把病情说明与已有影像或报告发来。
- Step 2. We return 2–3 hospital / department / doctor options with our reasoning, and you pick.我们给出 2–3 个医院／科室／医生选项及理由，由您选择。
- Step 3. We issue this document with the blanks filled, and confirm whether same-day imaging is realistic for your case.我们把本文件的空白处填好后发给您，并确认您的情况当天做影像是否现实。
- Step 4. Deposit USD 150, then we book. Balance USD 330 once the appointment is confirmed.支付定金 USD 150，我们开始预约；预约成功后支付尾款 USD 330。
款项直接付至服务提供方公司账户。银行信息仅通过单独的书面通知提供；我们绝不会要求您付款至任何个人账户，也不会使用通知以外的任何方式收款。
Language / 文本语言：This guide is issued in Chinese and English. Where the two differ, the Chinese version prevails. Both versions are equally effective.
